Whisky galore on Speyside

HELD annually during the first long weekend in May (April 30-May 4) the Spirit of Speyside Whisky Festival invites visitors to celebrate Scotland’s national drink through a programme of whisky-inspired events. 

Highlights - www.spiritofspeyside.com - this year include cooking with malt whisky demonstrations, The Great Speyside Bake Off, a whisky cocktail master class, and Question Time with The Glenlivet Master Distiller

The festival takes place throughout the Speyside region in the North-East of Scotland. The region lies partly in Moray, and partly in the Highlands, and is set around the River Spey which flows through it. Malt whisky distilleries are found all along the river’s length.
