An 18th century wall surrounds the five-acre garden which slopes down to an ornamental lake. There will be five colonial-style tents, each with three bedrooms, WC and shower with hot and cold running water, sitting/dining areas, fully equipped kitchens with wood-burning stoves, and wooden decks with iron fire pits.
Exton's former potting shed houses a shop supplying firewood and farmhouse provisions.
The site will open in June.
