TOURS of the old Coronation Street telly set in Manchester will continue into next year following its success since opening in April.
More than 250,000 people have visited the set, which is said to be one of the highest profile visitor attractions outside London.
It takes visitors behind the scenes of the television soap with the chance to see dressing rooms and interior sets. But the attraction will be open for only limited time; its doors will close when work on a hotel and residential area gets underway.
