AT the top of Edinburgh's Royal
Mile, The Scotch Whisky Experience has been educating visitors about Scotland's
national drink for more than 25 years.
Housed in a Victorian school building, the attraction had a multimillion
pound refurbishment in 2009, when it became home to the world's largest
collection of Scotch whisky: 3,384 individual bottles presented in a glass
and marble vault.
It also has the city’s best- stocked whisky shop, with more
than 50 bottles of single malt and blended whiskies.
