THERE are some who say summer isn't summer
without a traditional country fair, and the Dunster Country Fair (July 30) has
all the traditional ingredients.
Held on the lawns of Dunster Castle, it has
- dog shows,
- equestrian events,
- clay pigeon shooting, an
- archery display, and a
- funfair.
It’s followed by the Dunster Show on August 15,
an opportunity to see the best of Somerset farming and livestock.
