ROOMSPACE, part of The
Apartment Service, is expanding on the Iberian Peninsula with the opening of its
second location in Madrid. The
apartments – called Las Tablas – are in the
rapidly developing business district of the same name in the north of the city.
The Las Tablas property
comprises of two bedroom/two bathroom apartments in a development where guests
can enjoy a range of leisure facilities, including a swimming pool and
gymnasium.
The Apartment Service owns
and manages more than 450 apartments in Europe.
CHEVAL RESIDENCES has opened
new serviced apartments in London next to the Tower of London. Cheval Three
Quays consists of 97 serviced and 62 extended-stay apartments with a mix of
one, two and three bedrooms. All of the apartments have floor-to-ceiling
windows overlooking the Thames.
They can be rented by holiday
and business travellers for stays from one night to several months.
